Do I have to enrich every lead?

No, and you should not. Enrichment is entirely opt-in per record. Most teams scrape a wide list of businesses, qualify it, then spend credits enriching only the accounts worth a personal email or LinkedIn touch.

What does “live data” actually mean?

It means results are generated at the moment you search rather than read from a database that was last refreshed months ago. Businesses close, rebrand, change numbers and change owners constantly — searching live is the only way a list reflects that.

Phone numbers are validated for format and line status before delivery, and enriched emails are checked at the time of enrichment. Anything that fails validation is not delivered and is not billed, so you are not paying for bounces.
